You will work under youth pastors Chris & Jodi Tomlinson.

Schedule:
Daily office hours-
Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM (with an hour lunch break)
Wednesday 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Weekly service hours:
Sunday 9:30 - 10:30 AM - Discipleship Training
Sunday 11:00 AM - Christ's Church service
Sunday 6:00 PM - Furnace - Prayer (arrival time 5:45 PM)
Wednesday 7:00 PM - Fuel Youth (arrival time 6:00 PM)

Each individual is to have their devotions completed and journaled each day. A corporate devotion, accountability, and brainstorming time will be scheduled with your overseeing authority each week.

Ministry Objectives:
Christ's Church Youth Ministry is largely focused on peer leadership. It is our desire to see our teens minister to each other. Your main goals will be to help carry out the day to day duties that support the youth ministry, to help our teen leaders grow in their skills as leaders, to build one-on-one relationships with the teens, and to grow in your own leadership skills.

It is our desire for you to see all the workings of a ministry. You will find yourself in situations that you are confident to handle and some in which you struggle. These times will give God an avenue in which to stretch and strengthen your abilities. We will each be called upon to contribute our strengths and to learn from others in our areas of weakness; in turn making us better rounded people.

Guidelines:
The summer pay for a first time intern is $1,500.00.
All ministry expenses will be paid for by Christ's Church.
Each intern will be required to sign and uphold a ministry covenant.
Each intern will schedule and plan one youth activity.
Each intern will read at least one of the recommended readings during the nine week period.
